By using or registering in the DARBI app or platform, as a user or service provider, you agree to these terms. The App connects users with providers for transportation and accommodation bookings.
Users must provide accurate information, pay fees through the app, and follow cancellation or modification policies. Service providers must keep their service details updated, ensure quality, and hold valid licenses. The App may suspend providers who violate terms or harm its reputation.
The App is only responsible for the technical platform and not for dealings outside it. Terms may be updated without prior notice, and continued use means acceptance.
These terms follow the laws of Oman, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Omani courts.
